Hiring ranges: $137,000–$183,000 USD for US Tier 1 locations, $126,000–$168,000 USD for US Tier 2 locations, and $116,000–$155,000 USD for US Tier 3 locations.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end candidate experiences for Staff-level and leadership technical roles.
• Develop advanced sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent in technical communities such as Rust, browser engine architecture, and privacy-preserving AI.
• Advise VPs and Directors using data-driven insights for organizational design and multi-quarter hiring plans.
• Improve recruiting workflows and use Career Level Guides to support consistent evaluation, leveling, and calibration.
• Build long-term succession plans and diverse talent pipelines for future critical roles.

Requirements

• Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles in a high-growth or open-source environment.
• Experience building proprietary talent maps and closing senior candidates through mission alignment and sophisticated negotiation.
• Proven ability to lead calibration sessions using job-level expectations.
• Strong consultative partnership skills with senior leadership to define performance goals and talent development opportunities.
