eLearning Developer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Partner with subject matter experts to analyze learning objectives and develop interactive eLearning courses aligned with business goals.
• Design multimedia-rich instructional materials using animations, graphics, audio, video, and assessments.
• Create polished training content with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, graphic design software, and video editing platforms.
• Maintain and continuously improve training materials, development processes, and self-paced courses.
• Explore new eLearning technologies and methodologies to improve training effectiveness.
• Communicate complex technical concepts through clear visual design and written content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in eLearning development or a related field.
• Professional experience creating eLearning content, preferably for software products, using rapid development tools.
• Strong proficiency with Articulate Storyline and basic educational video editing using Camtasia or similar tools.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written communication, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

Nice to have

• Visual design, graphic design, or UI/UX experience.
• Learning Management System administration or content integration experience.
• Simulation development expertise.
• Experience producing AI-generated voiceovers.
• Technical training experience for software solutions and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
