Training Coordinator

Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC, with remote work and onsite engagement at ICE Headquarters as requested

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and develop training programs aligned with organizational objectives and identified skill gaps.
• Implement, evaluate, and improve training initiatives using learner feedback and assessment results.
• Create e-learning modules, user guides, and other instructional materials.
• Use LMS and e-learning tools to deliver content and track learner progress.
• Ensure training materials and deliverables meet Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Support the training strategy, answer end-user questions, and facilitate a positive learning experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, education, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse learners.
• U.S. citizenship is required, with no exceptions, and the ability to obtain and hold an active Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Federal consulting experience, especially supporting the Department of Homeland Security.
• Leadership, writing, time management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
