Training & Development Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Flexible work from home, the office, or a combination of both.

What you will do

• Develop and improve the Training & Development strategy in line with business and people priorities.
• Conduct training needs analysis with business leaders, HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.
• Design and implement onboarding, professional skills, soft skills, leadership, and business learning programs.
• Create individual and team development programs tailored to employee and business needs.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and interactive learning experiences for employees and managers.
• Own L&D projects end-to-end, applying blended learning, microlearning, experiential learning, and digital learning approaches.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Leadership Development, preferably in IT or iGaming.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs and events for different audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Personal Development Plans and Learning Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern L&D methodologies.
• Ability to work with OKRs, KPIs, engagement metrics, and mNPS/eNPS.
• Russian at Advanced level and English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, with strong stakeholder management, analytical, structuring, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of 360 feedback, HiPo programs, succession planning, and talent assessment tools.
• Experience developing leadership academies or management development frameworks.
• Experience implementing or managing LMS/LXP platforms.
• Certifications in instructional design, coaching, facilitation, or L&D.
• Experience with competency frameworks and competency matrices.
