TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (AI) (Figma/design systems): Owning end-to-end product design for digital products and AI-enabled experiences with an accent on exceptional UI and UX craft, prototyping, and scalable design systems. Focus on translating research and product strategy into high-fidelity solutions, collaborating with engineering and clients, and mentoring designers.
Location: Hybrid, with required in-office days at the Gothenburg or Stockholm studio, Sweden

What you will do
- Lead product design end to end, from concept and interaction design through UI, usability, accessibility, and delivery.
- Set quality standards for typography, layout, motion, micro-interactions, and visual systems.
- Use prototyping to explore, validate, and deliver high-fidelity product concepts.
- Build scalable design systems with tokens, components, and semantic structures that connect design and engineering.
- Translate research, behavioral data, and category insights into product direction and business outcomes.
- Run client workshops, support multidisciplinary collaboration, and mentor other designers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products from strategy through delivery, with a portfolio showing real-world impact and commercial results.
- Advanced UI and UX craft, including mastery of Figma, design systems, component thinking, motion, and micro-interactions.
- Experience with modern design, prototyping, AI, and developer workflows, including tools such as Code Connect, Cursor, or Claude.
- Strong product, commercial, communication, storytelling, and strategic systems-thinking skills.
- Technical literacy and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams in agile environments.
- English is the working language; Swedish is welcome but not required. A portfolio link is required.
