Senior Technical Implementation Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with office presence in San Francisco and New York City; the role is also described as remote.

What you will do

• Configure the hirify.global platform for new customers and established healthcare use cases.
• Lead customer-facing implementation meetings, gather feedback, define timelines, and manage follow-up actions.
• Provide omnichannel customer support and create documentation for platform best practices.
• Partner with Account Management, Product Solutions, and Sales on operational requirements, use-case templates, modules, and contract expansions.
• Communicate customer feature needs and product requirements to Engineering and Product Solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or a related field.
• Direct customer-facing or customer relationship management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with APIs and/or healthcare integration standards such as FHIR and HL7, plus JSON, XML, and YAML.
• Ability to explain complex technical problems clearly, manage multiple accounts, and work independently across Sales and Account Management.
• Interest in healthcare and comfort working in a fast-moving environment that is still being built.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience, including data quality management, prior authorizations, or benefits verification.
• BA/BS degree.
