What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers across APAC.
• Act as a technical advisor on solution design, system configuration, and integration approaches for high-value implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to translate customer requirements into scalable architectures, specifically for ERP and HRIS integrations.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer data flows and recommend best-fit integration blueprints using APIs and third-party connectors.
• Guide customers through complex configuration decisions and troubleshoot integration hurdles to ensure robust implementations.
• Channel customer feedback and integration pain points into Product and Engineering to influence the feature roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management of complex technology or financial services.
• 4+ years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in a high-paced SaaS, fintech, or consulting environment.
• Experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platform implementations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero).
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to C-level executives.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to lead steering meetings and influence decisions.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations, SSO, and ERP integration concepts.
• Formal project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
• Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts within a broader account team.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments using pragmatic decision-making.
