Salary: $69,500–$86,750 per year

What you will do

• Support the Club Manager and lead assigned Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience departments.
• Manage recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, certification, scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Drive sales, inventory accuracy, shrink control, labor planning, profitability, and operational execution.
• Maintain GOLD, GAA, LAST, close-to-open, cleanliness, safety, and member service standards.
• Lead food safety, sanitation, OSHA, RIST, cold-chain, and internal or external audit compliance.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned and oversee club operations, team leadership, and member engagement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Experience leading large or cross-functional teams, developing talent, managing performance, and driving results.
• Knowledge of shrink control, merchandising, customer service, conflict resolution, and store operations.
• ServSafe certification must be obtained and maintained; forklift operation is required.
• Open-shift availability, regular full attendance, basic computer skills, and age 18 or older are required.
• High school diploma and/or college degree is preferred.
