Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at 600 Integrity Dr

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies that support long-term growth and profitability.
• Own profit and loss management, daily performance analysis, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Lead supplier negotiations, define commercial terms and performance metrics, and manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee product assortment, pricing, promotions, inventory, and replenishment across stores and eCommerce.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Design, Sourcing, Planning, Marketing, Operations, and merchandising teams.
• Lead team performance, development, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Experience developing and executing category strategies for moderately complex categories.
• Strong financial management skills, including P&L ownership and budget forecasting.
• Experience with supplier management, negotiation, pricing, promotions, and market analysis.
• Ability to use data analytics and digital tools to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Experience leading and developing teams in an omni-channel environment.

• Supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree in Business or Merchandising.
