Distribution Manager with CDL

Location: Henderson, Colorado, United States; on-site distribution and fleet operations, Monday through Friday.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually based on experience, plus eligibility for monthly bonuses up to $700.

What you will do

• Lead, train, schedule, and manage a team of six Class A drivers.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, organize safety training, and correct unsafe practices or conditions.
• Own distribution safety, quality, customer service, and cost performance.
• Coordinate truck maintenance, fleet upkeep, delivery schedules, and inter-branch or micro-bulk deliveries.
• Investigate and report accidents or injuries within 24 hours and handle traffic violation matters.
• Create, implement, and update standard operating procedures while supporting on-site tractor and trailer movements.

Requirements

• Active, valid CDL Class A license required.
• At least two years of Class A Hazmat driving experience required.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, OSHA, EPA, and FDA regulations applicable to hazardous-materials transportation.
• Ability to build a safety-first culture, hold employees accountable, resolve conflicts, and manage performance.
