Manager, Distribution (3rd Shift)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; onsite five days a week. Work schedule: third shift, Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM Eastern Time. Required travel is up to 10% domestically. Relocation assistance and U.S. work authorization assistance are not offered.

Salary: $72,360–$108,540 per year.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and motivate distribution center teams of up to 30 hourly employees.
• Improve operational productivity, quality, service levels, and processes by resolving issues and implementing standards.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, mentor employees, and enforce equipment and work-procedure compliance.
• Oversee receiving, processing, storage, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage payroll, attendance, workflow, and operational decisions to support service and cost objectives.

Requirements

• Knowledge of decision-making, critical thinking, communication, performance management, planning, and service excellence.
• Ability to organize people and resources, analyze operational situations, and make productive decisions.
• Experience leading teams; a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field is preferred, or 5+ years of team-leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta five days per week on the third shift.
• U.S. work authorization assistance is not available.
