Manufacturing Engineering Intern (Manufacturing)

Location: McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite role combining office work with physical activity in field and production environments.

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

What you will do

• Audit and update work instructions, routings, and bills of materials.
• Improve material handling methods and perform time studies.
• Develop fabrication and machining methods.
• Analyze workstations and production cells to improve productivity and quality.
• Provide technical support to production personnel and contribute to fixtures, tooling, plant layouts, and workstation design.
• Learn ERP manufacturing software and create documentation for new product launches.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or a related Engineering field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OneNote.
• Ability to work across office and production environments, including walking on shop floors, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with CREO 3D modeling.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
