Supervisor, Production Coordination (Logistics) - Memphis

Location: Onsite in the Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS area. Requires flexibility across day and night shifts, including weekends and overtime, with up to 20% travel.

What you will do

• Supervise hourly Production Coordinators and logistics teammates, including performance management, feedback, conflict resolution, timekeeping, and workforce development.
• Lead shift-level production coordination for data center construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations.
• Manage inventory requests, shortage resolution, kit and de-kit workflows, staging, returns to stock, and on-time delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, Site Operations, and construction teams on work-order priorities and material status.
• Ensure BOM quantities, part numbers, revisions, paperwork, system data, cycle counts, FIFO, and environmental controls remain accurate.
• Drive safety, cost-saving, workflow, and continuous-improvement initiatives across receiving, inventory, and material flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing, or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience without a degree.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or supervising hourly warehouse, inventory, production coordination, or manufacturing teams.
• Strong communication, organization, self-direction, prioritization, and team-building skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS area.
• Availability for assigned day or night shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights and outdoors in extreme conditions, and operate in environments with fumes, odors, and noise.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience with ERP or inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with MRP systems and work-order/BOM-driven material flow.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in materials management or production coordination.
• Experience in data center, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments.
• APICS certification, Lean/Six Sigma experience, forklift operation, or experience with Green or Black Belt programs.
