Location: On-site at the hirify.global plant in San Luis Potosí, Mexico

What you will do

  • Manage production-planning parameters, capacity analysis, and product inputs for assigned production lines.
  • Maintain raw-material inventory levels required to support the production plan.
  • Analyze short- to mid-term supply-chain capacity, equipment loading, and staffing resources.
  • Adjust production plans to support schedule attainment and improve service and inventory results.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing on cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Lead improvement projects for production-planning processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in production planning or similar supply-chain activities.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft 365.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
