Senior Consultant Corporate Strategy (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support corporate strategy development, planning, and implementation initiatives.
• Contribute to transformation efforts across clinical areas and work closely with Healthcare Management leaders.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights, inform decisions, and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop recommendations and business cases related to growth, products, technology enablement, and transformation.
• Manage complex projects and priorities while working across a matrixed organization.
• Communicate strategic findings and recommendations through verbal, written, and visual channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 5 years of general industry experience, or 2 years of consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
• Growing knowledge and experience in corporate strategy, transformation, strategy planning, or implementation.
• Experience conducting analysis, synthesizing findings, solving complex problems, and making recommendations.
• Developing project management, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced, evolving organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, especially health insurance.
• Experience with corporate strategy, growth, product initiatives, transformation, technology enablement, or business case development.
