Sr Manager, Strategic Process Excellence Lead - OED Development Operations

Salary: $124,500–$236,500 USD base pay

What you will do

• Own process health, performance oversight, decision-making, and maintenance for Oncology Early Development Development Operations.
• Identify and deliver continuous process improvement opportunities across clinical operations, data management, statistical programming, and medical monitoring.
• Define process metrics and KPIs, analyze operational performance and compliance data, and recommend improvements.
• Lead working teams implementing operating procedures, functional requirements, training materials, and process design documentation.
• Govern and maintain operating models, process frameworks, knowledge resources, and process guidance.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to manage change, communicate progress, and sustain improvements after implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another regulated industry; alternatively, 6+ years with a master's degree or 4+ years with a PhD.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with metrics, KPIs, complex data sets, business cases, and impact analysis.
• Expertise in standard business procedures, project and change management, and GxP.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex matrixed organization and lead transformative change.
• Understanding of Lean/Six Sigma, with Black Belt, BPMP certification, or similar credentials preferred.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of process management and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience in the assigned process area and with Lean/Six Sigma improvement programs.
