Production Supervisor/Manager (Meltblown Manufacturing)

Location: Mt. Pocono, Pennsylvania, United States. On-site manufacturing role with regular presence on the production floor. U.S. citizenship required.

Salary: $82,000–$100,000 per year

hirify.global is hiring for a manufacturing production leadership position focused on meltblown operations.

What you will do

• Lead and supervise operators, technicians, and production support staff.
• Oversee meltblown line setup, operation, process optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.
• Drive production efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve output and product quality.
• Manage production reporting, shift scheduling, inventory, documentation, and performance tracking.
• Train, mentor, and develop production team members while addressing operational issues.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to resolve production problems and implement improvements.

Requirements

• 1–5+ years of experience supervising or managing production teams.
• Strong hands-on manufacturing and production experience, including production line setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment.
• Leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize production, safety, quality, and operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to work on-site in Mt. Pocono, Pennsylvania are required.

• Hands-on experience in meltblown or nonwoven manufacturing.
