Production Supervisor (Marine Manufacturing)

Location: Merritt Island, Florida, United States; on-site

Salary: $54,300–$71,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Lead the production area across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and workforce objectives.
• Manage approximately 40–50 hourly production associates, Group Leaders, and Crew Leaders.
• Plan schedules, coordinate work changes, resources, materials, and product movement.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, lead Job Hazard Analysis initiatives, and maintain safe working conditions.
• Ensure products meet USCG, ABYC, and Sea Ray engineering specifications and standards.
• Use quality data to drive continuous improvement, including Lean Six Sigma projects and 5S activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Ability to analyze data and understand metrics and systems.
• Strong written, oral, and listening communication skills.
• Effective leadership, management, teamwork, and employee communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future. Must be flexible to work extended hours when required.
