Cybersecurity Program Manager

Location: Chantilly, Virginia; onsite only with no remote or telework allowed

Salary: $152,328.91–$264,870.42 per year

What you will do

• Manage cost, schedule, performance, and delivery for a large cybersecurity SETA program.
• Lead Information Assurance strategy, FISMA and audit coordination, cyber risk and vulnerability management, and cyber defense support.
• Serve as the primary management point of contact and oversee customer tasks, subcontractors, staffing, training, and personnel supervision.
• Lead program managers and coordinate with the Cyber Technical Lead, PMO, business management, contracts, finance, and security teams.
• Monitor contracts, funding, forecasts, budgets, and required program, contract, departmental, and financial reports.
• Support new business development and lead major proposals and follow-on business activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 6 years of program management experience; 10 or more years is desired.
• At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering, information technology, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing SETA programs with more than 125 FTE, cybersecurity scope, and subcontractors.
• Relevant Intelligence Community experience and cybersecurity qualifications such as CISSO or Security+.
• PMP certification or equivalent, plus the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Poly.

Nice to have

• Advanced degrees or certifications in Business or STEM.
• Master’s degree with 14 or more years of experience, or bachelor’s degree with 16 or more years of experience.
• At least 6 years of management experience.
