Maintenance Technician

Location: Burnsville, Minnesota, USA; local travel between hirify.global residential sites is required.

Salary: $27.25–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Maintain buildings, grounds, properties, and residential facilities.
• Perform repairs and remodeling involving electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and drywall.
• Coordinate outside contractors with the Maintenance Supervisor when specialized repairs are needed.
• Prioritize maintenance tasks, deadlines, and service needs across multiple locations.
• Travel between an average of 2–4 sites per day and use company-provided tools and work vehicles when available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of building maintenance experience, including heating, plumbing, electrical, and general repair.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Experience with drywall repair and carpentry.
• Ability to lift and carry tools and materials and perform repairs involving standing, walking, and bending throughout the workday.
• Strong decision-making, communication, organization, and independent working skills.
