Superintendent - Coating

Location: Gillette, Wyoming, United States; on-site construction role with at least 75% travel

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate on-site activities, trade assignments, labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources for large construction projects.
• Support superintendents and foremen with project schedules, field coordination, and timely completion of critical activities.
• Document and resolve field issues affecting budget, quality, schedule, and contract compliance.
• Supervise daily employee work, training, safety practices, environmental compliance, and finished-work quality.
• Monitor job costs, performance, monthly forecasts, project progress, and written reporting.
• Prepare cost-based estimates for requests for proposals and collaborate with project engineers and operations teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial and commercial construction.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a general superintendent overseeing multiple craft trades.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job-costing software, P6 or similar scheduling software, Viewpoint or similar accounting software, and Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and completion of OSHA or equivalent safety training.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time and work on-site in construction and mining environments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug/alcohol testing are required.
