What you will do
- Oversee construction site operations from planning through completion, including large-value and high-profile projects.
- Coordinate schedules, project scope, contract requirements, utility shutdowns, noise and dust controls, and continuity of owner activities.
- Supervise subcontractors and operations support staff across multiple projects and locations.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with company, contract, government, HSEQ, OSHA, and USACE standards.
- Prepare daily project reports, manage punch-list completion, and support project closeout.
- Collaborate with project managers, safety officers, quality control, clients, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related construction industry experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
- Experience managing resources, vendors, subcontractors, schedules, and tight project deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, and Bluebeam.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desired.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
