Senior Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)

Location: Commerce City, Colorado, United States; onsite, 1st shift from 5:00am to 3:30pm

Salary: $30–$46 per hour, plus possible annual incentive and long-term incentives

What you will do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance across production equipment.
• Install and commission new production equipment.
• Build and contribute to a Total Productive Maintenance program.
• Develop maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and production disruptions.
• Recommend and manage spare-parts inventory using Kanban systems.
• Use uptime, MTTR, and maintenance-cost metrics to identify and drive improvements.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience and training.
• More than 5 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing or similarly diverse maintenance environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience maintaining equipment involving PLCs, sensors, electronics, and industrial robots.
• Ability to work onsite in Commerce City, Colorado, during the 5:00am–3:30pm shift.

Nice to have

• Experience with TPM programs.
• PLC and industrial robot programming proficiency.
• Metal fabrication skills, including welding, manual milling and turning, drilling, and bandsaw operation.
