Industrial Maintenance Technician V - 3rd Shift

Location: Boonville, Missouri, United States; on-site, 3rd shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday

Salary: $29.05–$36.25 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift premium for the available shift

What you will do

• Lead and train technical employees in preventive maintenance practices to control equipment downtime.
• Perform oil filtration, oil removal, filter changes, and oil analysis management for facility equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled CNC machines using ladder diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and operate hand tools, power tools, and mobile equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance activities while prioritizing safety, quality, and equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Strong focus on safety and quality, with the ability to follow procedures and identify hazards.
• Knowledge of three-phase electrical systems, motors, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC controls, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to coordinate multiple efforts, prioritize rapidly, and make decisive technical decisions.
• Industrial Maintenance degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 10 years of related experience.
• Must be able to work on-site in Boonville, Missouri, and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
