GTM Associate (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States

Compensation: OTE $90K–$100K, plus equity and commission

What you will do

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach.
• Qualify prospects using consultative selling.
• Grow the sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns.
• Test and iterate on experimental marketing and go-to-market motions.
• Maintain accurate client relationship data in Salesforce.
• Develop toward joining the Account Executive team.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience as a top-performing SDR at a high-velocity startup or in finance.
• Consistent record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving strong performance.
• Evidence of exceptional initiative, such as starting a company, winning a hackathon, or qualifying for the Olympics.
• Experience cold-outbounding into an exceptional opportunity.
• Ability to work from San Francisco.
