Maintenance Technician IV - DAP (Biomanufacturing)

Location: USA - OH - West Chester; onsite, 12-hour 2/2/3 night shift

Salary: $28.50–$46.50 per hour

What you will do

• Perform corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, inspections, rebuilds, line turnarounds, and equipment changeovers.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic, environmental monitoring, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical process equipment.
• Install new equipment and support equipment upgrades, validation activities, and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor equipment and system performance and prioritize maintenance needs with operational and engineering stakeholders.
• Train Production Operators on equipment setup, minor adjustments, and basic repairs.
• Complete housekeeping, cleaning, 5S activities, and maintenance work in controlled GMP areas.

Requirements

• Experience performing maintenance on automated process equipment in a regulated GMP environment.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment failures independently with limited supervision.
• Experience using computerized maintenance management systems such as Maximo or SAP and completing work orders.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and communicate in English; authorization to work in the United States is required because visa and work-authorization sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• High school diploma, GED, associate degree, or vocational/trade certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation disciplines.
• 4+ years of equipment maintenance experience in pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing.
• Experience with OEE, TPM, LEAN, or other continuous improvement methods.
• Experience with automated pharmaceutical inspection, assembly, packaging, or filling equipment.
