Recruiter (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and execute modern sourcing strategies using automation and data-driven prospecting.
• Partner with hiring managers to anticipate team needs and improve interview-to-offer conversion rates.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby ATS, and targeted outreach.
• Drive inclusive hiring practices throughout the entire recruitment funnel.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while assessing pipeline health and prioritizing business needs.
• Represent the company brand at industry events and refine the value proposition for candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, preferably for technical or hard-to-fill roles.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR export authorization.
• Proven success in partnering with business leaders to deliver strong candidate pipelines.
• Familiarity with automation tools, sourcing platforms, and data-driven recruiting processes.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and create a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Ability to manage large volumes of concurrent pipelines with a focus on prioritization.

• Experience sourcing for manufacturing, aerospace, or defense industry roles.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive-level candidates.
