Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting

Location: Livingston, NJ / New York, NY; must be able to work from the New York City area

Salary: $149,000–$198,000 base salary per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing pod of technical and engineering recruiters and sourcers.
• Partner with senior engineering leaders to translate hiring needs into sourcing and pipeline strategies.
• Establish pipeline reviews, capacity planning, reporting, and other recruiting operating cadences.
• Improve pipeline health, time-to-fill, and conversion rates through data-driven process management.
• Coach recruiters and sourcers while raising execution quality and judgment.
• Own end-to-end hiring outcomes and partner with People, Compensation, and HRBP stakeholders on leveling, offers, and calibration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical or engineering recruiting experience, including people-management or team-lead experience.
• Experience leading recruiting or sourcing teams in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated success hiring software engineers, applied scientists, infrastructure engineers, or similar technical talent at scale.
• Experience partnering with VP-level or equivalent senior technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using recruiting metrics such as pipeline conversion and time-to-fill to improve processes.
• Must be able to work from the New York City area and meet applicable U.S. export-control access requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in AI/ML or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience establishing or improving recruiting operations, ATS workflows, or sourcing technology.
• Experience partnering with People Business Partners on organizational design or workforce planning.
