Senior Social Media Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: US, Remote; up to 20% travel may be required.

Salary: $144,000–$180,000 annual base salary, plus eligible stock options.

hirify.global is a remote cybersecurity product company developing NodeZero, a platform for autonomous penetration testing and security assessment operations.

What you will do

• Own and evolve organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and additional communities.
• Build editorial calendars and create posts, threads, carousels, short-form video, event coverage, employee spotlights, and executive content.
• Translate complex cybersecurity, product, research, and market topics into clear, technically credible stories.
• Develop social plans for product launches, announcements, webinars, campaigns, customer stories, and industry events.
• Lead employee advocacy and executive amplification programs using Sprout Social Advocacy.
• Measure reach, engagement, audience growth, advocacy participation, and campaign impact, turning performance data into recommendations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity marketing.
• Experience owning social strategy and hands-on execution for a B2B, SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity company.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain technical subjects clearly.
• Experience with social publishing, listening, analytics, and/or employee advocacy platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with offensive security, cloud security, developer tools, technical communities, Reddit, or practitioner audiences.
• Experience creating short-form video, live event coverage, social graphics, or carousel content.
• Experience with executive social media, creator or influencer partnerships, paid social, or analyst and media amplification.
• Experience scaling employee advocacy or ambassador programs.
