What you will do
- Create platform-native content for X, Telegram, and other social channels supporting Pro.
- Monitor trends and reactive moments across crypto and broader social communities, then produce timely, on-brand content.
- Engage with the Pro audience through replies, quotes, polls, memes, and community conversations.
- Build and manage an always-on content calendar, including approvals, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring.
- Translate product and ecosystem updates into clear narratives and measure growth through experiments and performance analysis.
- Partner with Legal and Communications to maintain accurate, compliant messaging across regions and platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media or content, ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading.
- Portfolio of successful posts created for a brand account, personal account, or managed channel.
- Ability to work quickly under pressure on high-paced social channels.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to create copy, memes, short-form video, charts, and threads without depending entirely on a design queue.
- High AI competency and strong creative judgment, including knowing when not to publish.
Nice to have
- Experience using Figma or CapCut to produce or support visual content.
