Systems Integrator - Trail Boss

Location: Spring Lake, North Carolina, United States. Onsite role with up to 25% travel.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year.

Support Army Trail Boss Teams by integrating, evaluating, and fielding new and upgraded military systems.

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical liaison between evaluating soldiers and government and industry organizations.
• Integrate hardware and software from different developers into a cohesive system of systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during system integration and testing.
• Analyze operational needs and decompose high-level requirements into detailed specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight during Network Integration Evaluations and fielding activities.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Experience with military systems integration and operational employment.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software interfaces.
• Ability to translate complex engineering and acquisition terminology into clear operational language.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
