Salary: $132,000–$198,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead the creation, development, streamlining, and elimination of systems engineering processes.
• Identify pain points in existing processes and propose improvements.
• Work with Software and IT teams to brainstorm solutions and prioritize initiatives.
• Prototype, implement, and roll out processes, tools, and automation.
• Enable stronger design and test collaboration across the company.
• Support systems engineering activities across complex aerospace vehicle development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Successful development and rollout of department- or company-wide processes.
• Ability to work with internal IT and DevOps teams to create tools.
• At least one full lifecycle experience, from concept to completion, in process or tool development.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience designing, integrating, testing, and operating complex systems.
• Scripting experience.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
