Director - Process Management (IT)

Location: Remote in Glenview, IL or Orlando, FL, United States; ability to travel 0–25%.

Salary: $139,693–$244,463 annually.

What you will do

• Manage the core business portfolio of technology programs and strategic initiatives, including priorities, dependencies, risks, and success measures.
• Advise business leaders on IT processes, governance, intake, prioritization, delivery expectations, and technology-enabled business outcomes.
• Coordinate business teams, IT organizations, vendors, and external partners across program execution.
• Support M&A business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, issue management, and integration activities.
• Drive resolution of complex cross-functional issues and maintain risk registers, escalations, and mitigation plans.
• Support Digital WAB processes and digital product adoption while providing executive-level status updates and promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in IT program management, portfolio management, business engagement, process management, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business operations.
• 3 years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs or portfolios in a matrixed organization.
• 3 years of experience partnering directly with senior business and IT leadership on strategy, governance, risk management, and execution.
• Strong program and portfolio management capabilities, including planning, governance, prioritization, risk management, dependency management, and execution oversight.
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, facilitation, presentation, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate IT processes and technology concepts into business-friendly language and coordinate large teams across complex, interdependent efforts.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty, maintain forward momentum, and engage core teams.
• Experience in LEAN/Six Sigma practices.

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
