Program Manager IV - Duals Transformation (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote; candidates may be located anywhere in the United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year.

What you will do

• Lead strategic, large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs and complex implementation or process-improvement projects.
• Own program planning and execution, including scope, schedules, budgets, roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and outcome measures.
• Coordinate project managers, business analysts, functional teams, partners, and matrixed contributors through governance, influence, documented commitments, and escalation.
• Build executive dashboards, steering committee materials, governance structures, decision briefs, business cases, funding requests, and portfolio documentation.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, readiness, adoption, stabilization, transition to operations, and program closeout.
• Develop and deliver training and best-practice materials while communicating business and technology issues and solutions to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Previous experience as a functional-area lead managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or supervisory experience involving hiring, training, assigning work, and managing staff performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Ability to build and execute portfolio roadmaps, program plans, governance structures, business cases, and implementation strategies.
• Ability to translate evolving strategy into work products, milestones, owners, dependencies, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to lead through influence as a hands-on individual contributor in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong executive communication, decision facilitation, risk management, escalation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Healthcare or managed-care experience.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• 6+ years of program or project management experience in addition to the standard requirements.
• Experience leading complex healthcare transformation across functions, markets, products, or platforms.
• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Duals, D-SNP, Care Management, integrated care, or health-plan operations.
• Direct Duals or D-SNP experience.
