hirify.global and Allegheny Health Network operate healthcare organizations requiring strategic sourcing and contract management for clinical and non-clinical products and services.

What you will do

• Create strategic business plans for assigned contract categories, commodities, and functions.
• Manage high-value and strategic client and GPO contracting, including sourcing, bidding, negotiation, and contract awards.
• Lead projects, support assigned teams, and ensure contractual requirements are completed on time and cost-effectively.
• Monitor contract performance, amendments, extensions, compliance, and issue resolution.
• Develop business cases and present contract recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contracting principals, business partners, clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience and education.
• At least 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or contracting.
• Experience with Group Purchasing Organization contracting methods, commodity teams, sourcing, bidding, negotiation, and major contract awards.
• Strong understanding of contracts, contract law, negotiation, financial analysis, data management, and project management.
• Experience leading and facilitating cross-functional teams and achieving results through people in a complex environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex topics and recommendations to audiences at all levels.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience with claims arbitration, contractual language, performance measures, internet sourcing, and e-sourcing techniques.
