Associate Director, AI Capability Lab- Leader Persona, L&LD (AI)

Base salary: $141,500–$268,500 per year

What you will do

• Partner with HR business representatives and division leaders to align learning and development initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead the Learning & Development team and contribute to the corporate L&D leadership team.
• Develop global L&D strategies and annual plans for division-level execution.
• Design and implement organization effectiveness, leadership development, change management, and talent plans.
• Consult with business leaders on succession management, assessment and feedback, talent pipelines, selection, and senior leader transitions.
• Evaluate and report the impact of learning solutions while managing L&D operations, staff, vendors, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred. Organization Development or Instructional Design is preferred.
• 10–15 years of Human Resources Management experience focused on talent management and process development.
• Experience in leadership development, talent management, organization development, change management, or performance improvement.
• Consulting experience with demonstrated results in performance management, talent management, executive development, leadership development, or change management.
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, executive presence, and group-dynamics skills.
• Experience leading complex large-scale projects and managing people, finances, and vendors.
