Senior Learning & Development Designer – AI Enablement (AI)

What you will do

• Develop enterprise-wide learning and change enablement strategies for AI adoption across regions, functions, roles, and digital maturity levels.
• Design role-based learning curricula and journeys for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio concepts, and approved AI tools.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, office hours, and hands-on labs for employees, leaders, champions, and specialized user groups.
• Create reusable enablement assets, including facilitator guides, job aids, prompts, exercises, knowledge articles, change toolkits, and video content.
• Partner with technology, change management, communications, HR, security, and business stakeholders to align learning with governance and adoption plans.
• Use adoption data, readiness signals, behavior indicators, and learner feedback to evaluate effectiveness and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and delivering training and change enablement strategies for a large, complex, global enterprise.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, enterprise chat, and basic agent building.
• Understanding of AI tools, responsible AI practices, prompt design, AI-enabled workflow transformation, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills.
• Experience creating scalable learning assets, applying audience segmentation, measuring adoption, and simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience with instructional design, UX design, visual design, learning strategy, technical training, training and development, and Adobe Suite.

Nice to have

• 2+ years supporting enterprise AI, digital workplace, productivity, or Microsoft 365 adoption programs.
• 5+ years building persona-based learning and change strategies tied to business use cases and measurable adoption outcomes.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, agent concepts, or low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Experience with train-the-trainer programs, champion enablement, communities of practice, peer-learning networks, and learning analytics.
• Background in organizational change management, employee experience, technology enablement, or digital transformation; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
