Location: North Chicago, Illinois, United States; willingness to relocate based on business needs is required.

Base salary: USD 58,656–103,500 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze supply, demand, inventory, logistics, and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and solutions.
• Support demand planning, supply planning, logistics, manufacturing support, and inventory management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve service levels, operational efficiency, and supply chain effectiveness.
• Contribute to digital transformation, analytics, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Present project updates and recommendations while developing communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Must graduate with a bachelor’s degree before the intended full-time start date.
• Leadership demonstrated through academic, extracurricular, internship, or work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in team-based environments and build relationships with internal and external collaborators.
• Willingness to participate in rotational assignments and relocate based on business needs.
