Supply Chain Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: USA - Any Location (Remote). Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, plus performance bonus and benefits subject to eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop dashboards tracking MRP performance, inventory, forecast accuracy, supplier lead times, and service-level attainment.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, shortages, stockouts, excess inventory, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage Oracle MRP and supply planning outputs, including planned orders, purchase requisitions, exception messages, and replenishment actions.
• Maintain planning parameters such as lead times, safety stock, reorder points, minimum and maximum quantities, sourcing rules, and item attributes.
• Support supply planning reviews, inventory optimization initiatives, and S&OP processes while collaborating with Procurement, Operations, Finance, IT, Quality, Marketing, and suppliers.
• Present recommendations, improve fulfillment performance, ensure data integrity, and implement cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a technical discipline.
• Strong data analytics, modeling, data visualization, ETL, and spreadsheet-based data management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and corporate data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Oracle FAW, or Microsoft Access.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle FAW experience is preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills, including presenting to executives.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship is required.
