TL;DR
Senior Process Engineer (Manufacturing): Defining, validating, and optimizing assembly line processes at a production plant with an accent on process efficiency, safety, ergonomics, and quality improvement. Focus on reducing failure and scrap rates, supporting automation and robotics, and implementing process modifications.
Location: Lázně Bělohrad, Czech Republic; onsite at a production plant

What you will do
- Define assembly line process settings and lead process validation.
- Analyze, optimize, and modify production processes.
- Improve working conditions, workplace safety, ergonomics, and operational efficiency.
- Support other departments in reducing failure rates and scrap rates.
- Contribute to the application of automation and robotics in production.
Requirements
- University degree, ideally in a technical field.
- Experience in a similar position at a production plant, including experience gained during studies.
- Fluent Czech and English.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools.
- Understanding of automation and robotic applications.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SolidWorks.
- Basic understanding of LEAN tools.
