IT Business Analyst PSS - KYP (Microsoft)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; flexible hybrid work from home and the Dacia One office.

What you will do

• Analyze, clarify, maintain, and translate business requirements into designs, features, and user stories.
• Support the Product Owner and squad with backlog management, prioritization, product vision, strategy, and roadmap alignment.
• Analyze business processes, root causes, information needs, data quality, and process designs.
• Contribute to automated data feeds, including onboarding and consuming new data sources.
• Create test cases and test functionality and changes delivered by development engineers.
• Work in a multidisciplinary Agile squad to deliver stable and maintainable solutions.

Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including relevant project and banking experience.
• Functional analysis experience with knowledge of the data domain, data feeds, data models, and BPMN process modelling.
• Understanding of progression, non-regression, integration, and UAT testing, including test scenario creation and execution.
• Experience with Agile delivery, cross-functional teams, solution rollouts, release management, and project support.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including SSAS, SSIS, SQL, and Power BI.
• Advanced English is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree or higher in an economic or IT-related field.
