Business Analyst - OMaaP (Payments)

What you will do

• Define detailed business and functional requirements for Order Management products and services supporting global usage.
• Support the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of payment services across the end-to-end value chain.
• Translate new payment regulations and market standards into business requirements and solutions.
• Manage migration activities, stakeholder collaboration, feature prioritization, and roadmap communication.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Support secure, reliable 24/7 operations and document assessments, risks, decisions, and service introductions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory experience working in projects or programs, managing migrations, and coordinating stakeholders.
• Mandatory experience in banking and payments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary and agile environments.
