What you will do
- Define, manage, and deliver digital product requirements for a technology-driven embedded insurance platform.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap while balancing business value, risks, dependencies, and operational constraints.
- Lead discovery workshops, analyze current processes, and define optimized target-state processes, user journeys, data flows, API requirements, and system interactions.
- Translate business and integration needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, API use cases, test scenarios, and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, external providers, and cross-functional teams to deliver and validate integrated solutions.
- Support UAT, training, adoption, application support, incident analysis, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis and/or product ownership, with experience delivering enterprise solutions.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and system integrations, including endpoints, request and response structures, authentication, error handling, and data mappings.
- Experience creating functional and integration requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system interaction diagrams.
- Familiarity with API exploration, documentation, or testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or OpenAPI.
- Experience with discovery activities, stakeholder management, solution evaluation, UAT coordination, and post-deployment support.
- English required; ability to use AI tools responsibly for productivity, decision-making, and quality improvement.
