Director - Financial Services Marketing (Azure)

Location: Remote - US

Base salary: $119,700–$179,600 USD per year, plus potential annual discretionary/utilization bonus.

What you will do

• Develop the financial services Azure go-to-market marketing strategy in collaboration with Delivery and Alliances teams.
• Plan and execute solution launches that increase brand awareness, accelerate sales, and generate demand.
• Craft differentiated market, company, platform, competitive, and solution messaging across websites, sales materials, SDR communications, and content.
• Build solution expertise, demos, playbooks, client success stories, and sales enablement materials.
• Publish solution offerings through marketplaces including Azure Marketplace and Databricks Brickbuilder.
• Coordinate with demand, delivery, engineering, analytics, design, and marketing teams to identify opportunities and scale solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of B2B product or solution marketing experience focused on messaging and positioning.
• Basic understanding of financial services, including banking, insurance, industry imperatives, personas, and pain points.
• Experience positioning offerings across multiple use cases, verticals, and enterprise markets.
• Ability to understand complex platforms, services, and partnerships and translate them into differentiated value propositions.
• Experience influencing distributed cross-functional teams and advising senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytics, critical thinking, project management, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, IT consulting, cloud platforms, healthcare SaaS, or a company with more than $300M ARR.
• Experience working with delivery management, engineering, analytics, design, growth marketing, brand marketing, and content marketing.
