Solution Engineer (Integration Engineer)

What you will do

• Configure and implement hirify.global solutions across client environments.
• Develop and manage integrations using Boomi, hirify.global Integrate, Microsoft SQL Server, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON.
• Translate business requirements into logical workflows, technical configurations, and data mappings.
• Validate configurations, troubleshoot issues, and analyze root causes across integrations, third-party APIs, and system-level components.
• Manage multiple implementation projects, including scope, timelines, documentation, and quality standards.
• Conduct client workshops, configuration walkthroughs, administrative training, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical implementation, operations, or support within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, joins, and relational data transformations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and system integration patterns.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Working knowledge of Regular Expressions for parsing and transforming data, plus familiarity with Boomi or comparable integration platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, with strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to enterprise systems such as billing, HR, CRM, DMS, or telephony.
• Experience with Microsoft IIS, Exchange, or similar operational infrastructure.
• Familiarity with hirify.global solutions and Boomi Associate Developer Certification.
• Experience with issue tracking, project management tools, client onboarding, or administrative training.
