What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and scoping sessions with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Prepare Statements of Work, resource allocations, effort estimates, and cost models for complex deployments.
• Translate operational requirements into technical roadmaps covering PKI, workload identity, and API integrations.
• Own service delivery quality, project margins, customer satisfaction, and escalation management.
• Establish delivery methodologies and best practices to accelerate implementations and improve margins.
• Manage, mentor, hire, and develop a team of Machine Identity Management consultants while connecting consulting operations with Product Management and Engineering.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Systems Integration.
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership or direct people management.
• Deep expertise in Machine Identity Management, PKI, SSL/TLS certificate automation, and SSH key management.
• Hands-on experience with software development, REST APIs, scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Go, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience creating Statements of Work, estimating effort, tracking margins, and managing utilization targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting complex technical concepts to C-level executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with zero-trust security frameworks and applying Artificial Intelligence to cybersecurity, development, and automation.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, AWS, Azure, GCP, and IAM platforms.
