What you will do

• Own customer projects from kickoff through successful delivery.
• Manage scope, milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines.
• Coordinate technical delivery across customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate hardware dependencies where relevant.
• Deliver technical training, runbooks, and architecture documentation.
• Identify blockers early and drive them to resolution.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with enterprise software and APIs.
• Excellent project management skills for complex implementations.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organization, pragmatism, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
• Ability to deliver projects for US customers from the Chicago location.
