TL;DR

What you will do
- Lead a CMM delivery team and take ownership of delivery outcomes.
- Guide technical decisions, uphold engineering standards, and contribute hands-on to production development and code reviews.
- Plan sprint delivery, track progress, and manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Coordinate with Product, QA, Information Security, Release Train Management, and Architecture.
- Embed agile delivery practices and support complex technical problem-solving.
- Coach, mentor, and provide regular guidance and performance feedback to engineers.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading software development teams.
- Strong experience delivering software using agile methodologies.
- Solid technical background, ideally including C#, ASP.NET, and SQL.
- Experience planning sprint-based delivery and managing competing priorities.
- Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical disciplines.
- Strong coaching and people development skills.
Nice to have
- NHS or healthcare sector experience.
- HL7 or FHIR messaging experience.
- InterSystems ObjectScript or VB.NET experience.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js.
