TL;DR
Technical Graduate (Software/Data Technology): Supporting technical teams and developing expertise in data management software through training and project work with an accent on STEM knowledge, programming, and AI tools. Focus on learning complex technical products, contributing to team projects, and building transferable skills during a nine-month programme.
Location: Full-time in either the Windsor or Edinburgh office, UK

What you will do
- Complete training on products and processes.
- Support technical teams on projects and gradually take on greater responsibility.
- Develop technical and non-technical workplace skills.
- Remain with one technical team throughout the non-rotational graduate programme while gaining exposure to other business areas.
Requirements
- Recent or soon-to-be graduate from a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD programme, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar STEM discipline preferred.
- Programming experience in one or more of Java, C, C++, JavaScript, AngularJS, JSON, Python, or a similar language.
- Technical curiosity, creativity in solving complex technical challenges, adaptability, motivation to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to commit to a nine-month contract starting in March/April or September 2027.
- Ability to work full-time from either the Windsor or Edinburgh office.
Nice to have
- Previous internship experience.
- Exposure to or experience using AI tools.
