National Performance and Business Intelligence Leader (Mortgage Banking)

Location: In office at 350 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles, California, US, or Jacksonville, Florida

Salary: $175,745–$326,377 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead performance management and business intelligence for the national Mortgage business.
• Develop integrated scorecards covering production, revenue, profitability, margins, productivity, pipeline performance, client outcomes, and operational indicators.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews, identifying trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for management action.
• Build executive dashboards, forecasting models, deep-dive analyses, and management reporting that support business planning and decision-making.
• Analyze the end-to-end mortgage funnel, sales productivity, capacity, client performance, products, channels, and digital initiatives.
• Partner with Mortgage Sales, Operations, Capital Markets, Finance, Risk, Credit, Technology, and other functions to improve data quality, reporting automation, and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in financial services and 8+ years of management experience.
• Significant experience in mortgage banking, business performance, analytics, finance, or business intelligence.
• Strong understanding of mortgage origination economics, sales performance, pipeline management, and operational performance.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, forecasting, management reporting, and working with modern BI and data visualization platforms.
• Strong financial analysis, executive communication, influencing, and cross-functional partnership skills.
